The global health crisis proved to be an opportunity for the company to reinvent itself.

TI Safe ended the fateful year of 2020 with the mark of 51 projects carried out throughout the year, with different levels of complexity, and overall growth of 53,3%. In the area of online training, the company registered an increase of 43%.

According to Marcelo Branquinho, CEO of TI Safe, the big challenge was to keep the company steady in order to continue delivering projects and serving customers with excellence, even in the midst of a serious global health crisis. “We had all the communication, energy and investment strategy aimed at holding yet another Latin American Conference on Security SCADA (CLASS), the largest cyber security event in Latin America, which would take place in May. But, we had to change the route and reinvent ourselves. Like all companies, we were worried about not knowing what to expect, but we managed to deal with all issues very well and we came out stronger for 2021 ”, evaluates Marcelo.

TI Safe kept its entire team hired and without reducing salaries. It also implemented teleworking quickly, taking advantage of the cloud computing infrastructure it already used. With that, the company fulfilled all commitments and deliveries and still did more than planned.

With an eye on expanding the scope of operations in the electric energy market, which will open new perspectives when the National System Operator (ONS) publishes the cyber security procedure, scheduled for the first half of this year, TI Safe closed a technological partnership and with Siemens to develop a joint solution.

The electric sector, in fact, according to Marcelo Branquinho, will continue to be the company's main market in 2021. “We already have some projects in the pipeline with great chances of evolution during the new year ”, says Branquinho.

In planning for the year, TI Safe plans to invest even more in the development of its own team and focus on efficiency gains. It also plans to commercialize more Risk Governance and Compliance (GRC) projects, based on the ICS. SecurityFramework for electrical and expand the sale of services in general.

Another important measure, aimed at the sustainable growth of the company, is the duplication of the Research and Development (R&D) team “We have many other innovations being created here and which we will soon present to the market”, said Marcelo Branquinho.
