The TI Safe exam Certified Automation Security Engineer (CASE) determines whether a candidate has the appropriate knowledge to properly secure an industrial network with SCADA systems. “The certification was created seven years ago with the aim of establishing adequate parameters to measure the level of skill required for automation security professionals”, explains Marcelo Branquinho, CEO of TI Safe. In order to guarantee even more reliability to the exam, in addition to the proof having been updated, it will be carried out through the platform Prometric through the application proctoring remote. The system monitors the exam through the webcam and microphone connected to the computer of the person taking the test. The test site must be well lit, with a closed door, free of background noise and interruptions. No other person can be in the room or enter during the exam. If this occurs, the test will be terminated and the results invalidated. The use of pens, paper and electronic devices is not allowed. Internet access and time are timed.
Prometric empowers many of the world's recognized certification and licensing organizations, as well as academic institutions and government agencies.
The platform's seal, which performs seven million exams per year in more than 180 countries, adds even greater credibility in the market for those who obtain TI Safe certification.
