More than half of the schedule is also defined. There will be about 20 lectures, 10 workshops with professionals from consolidated companies that will speak from governance for industrial control systems to aspects of SCADA systems such as secure architectures, encryption, access control and defense in depth, Compliance, among other topics relevant to the sector .

CLASS is a biennial conference promoted by TI Safe and which brings together the largest companies in the sector, government and researchers with an interest in the security of industrial control systems in the cyberspace environment. Hackathon Legacy

Also in Curitiba, created by TI Safe and with the organization of the Federation of Industries of Paraná (FIEP), in the week before the CLASS, from May 22 to 24, a Hackathon marathon takes place. The challenge for the participating teams will be to propose ideas and solutions in the area of ​​cybersecurity for digital and smart cities. “Our goal is to leave a true legacy, that is, that the paths and propositions made by TI Safe Hackathon participants will be incorporated into the Curitiba 2035 project”, explains Marcelo Branquinho, CEO of TI Safe. Curitiba 2035 is an initiative of Curitiba society for the construction of long-term guidelines, which will guide the city's development policies over the next 20 years.

In the Hackathon marathon there will be three days of competition between 50 participants, divided between 10 teams. The teams will have to solve the most complex challenges in the cybersecurity area and each team must contain at least one member with the following profiles:

  • A web or mobile programmer;
  • A member of the business area (administration, accounting, foreign trade);
  • A member of the area of ​​communication, social sciences, marketing, advertising, propaganda, design;
  • An industry representative (entrepreneur from any segment);
  • A professional from industry, private sector or public sector.

Among the supporters of the marathon are: Curitiba Development Agency, Clavis, ISACA, UTC AL, Vale do Pinhão and Curitiba City Hall. The application deadline is between 10 February and 22 May. Access here and learn more.
